This policy applies to products purchased through ZeliCat.com. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zelicat.com. Include your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue so that we can review your request. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
